Diane Radcliff has more than 35 years of experience as a practicing attorney in the Pennsylvania and U.S. federal court systems.  From 1987 through 2016, she had been a solo legal practitioner in Camp Hill, PA.  She joined Cognetti & Associates as a partner on January 1, 2017.  Her primary focus has been and continues to be family law including, but not limited to: divorce; custody; support; equitable distribution; drafting of Marital Settlement Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Post-Nuptial Agreements.  In addition she represents individuals and businesses in real estate transactions, estates, wills and trusts, contracts and business transactions.

Ms. Radcliff is admitted to practice to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, (“PBA”) becoming a delegate to the PBA House of Delegates in 2015.  She has been active in Cumberland County Bar Association (“CCBA”) since 1987, and held various positions in that organization including:  President (2015); 1st Vice President (2014); Secretary (2011-2013).  She also participated in various CCBA committees and programs including:  Family Law Section Member and Chair of the Divorce Committee; Investigative Panel Member for Judicial Review Commission; Judicial Review Commission Member; Records Committee; Mentoring Committee; YLD Adopt a Family; YLD Law Day.  She has been a Master Level member of the Cumberland County Inns of Court for 6 years.

For six years Ms. Radcliff was a member of the Board of Directors of Teen Challenge, an internationally recognized organization providing treatment for alcohol and drug abuse.  She was an instructor in the Penn State Paralegal Certification Program, where she taught real estate law for 2 years.  She was an elected township supervisor in Cumberland County for 8 years.

Ms.  Radcliff is a cum laude graduate of the Millersville State College, where she earned a B.A. in Political Science in 1977.  She earned a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1980.
